Our site is easily searched and found. So lately we have been seeing increasing numbers of overseas viewers.
Hits from the various countries.
Hence we have opened up a new category for overseas events to benefit all.
As the world is increasingly becoming connected and air fares are getting cheaper, it gets easier for everyone to fly from one country to another. What if you know what’s happening over there? Would you join the activities?
Through this we hope we can learn from each other and insyallah build business / social relationships with everyone in the world.
However we will not accept everything. Islamicevents.sg team will eventually decide to let the events pass through or not.
So the first overseas event listed in our system will be a Charity Run held in London by Muslim Youth Helpline (UK).

AlhamdulilLah!, this is a good development. But may I suggest you differentiate between global and local events by using some appropriate icons so that it is easy for us to know at a glance?

MYH is an amazing organization which exemplifies the power of change an individual can hold.
Imagine this, you just finished A-levels and got a place in the most prestigious university in England (in this case, i think the founder got into Oxford).
Instead of pursuing it, you decided to devote your time for the community by setting up a helpline for youths.
