Zakat and The Character of the Muslim

1. Zakat trains us to practise the act of giving and to constantly be involved with those in need.
2. Wealth is from Allah (S.W.T) and we have to be aware that our wealth is a result of His blessings.
3. Zakat helps build a sense of gratitude and confidence of Allah’s promises to His servants.
4. Zakat cleanses our wealth so that it grows and is full of blessings.

“Allah does enlarge, or grant by (strict) measure, the Sustenance (which He gives) to whom  so He pleases.” (Surah Ar-Raad: 26)
